Doesn't use a lot of battery but location updates and pings are very inconsistent. I liked the free portion and maybe that there is the issue. But based on the inconsistencies, we switched apps
I have this app on three devices and they all stopped tracking. They show only location when problem started. Tapping location ping button does nothing. It just doesn't respond on all devices.
Needs to have tracking like Iphone Where you can track by the nearest cell tower. Battery drain is extreme on Android.
In addition to being very useful (finding husband when separated in unfamiliar areas) the developers were very responsive when I had an issue crop up with a tdird party app.

This time I lost my phone tracking info for my family. (Previous: The last update disabled my subscription, yet I have already been charged. Says my subscription expired on August 30th. What gives? Using this pro app for over three years, and it's the second time my subscription failed.)
This app and developers use to be fantastic however they seem to have took the money & ran. 5 paid apps that dont work with 0 help & NO response! DON'T BUY!!!! I just read your response to this comment and although you did in the past respond you have NOT responded to the last few emails and this YEAR LONG ON GOING PROBLEM has yet to be fixed. Your rating is dropping and it seems you level of customer care is extremely low. I hope you fix the problem but we have 5 paid subscriptions with 0 help
I have used this app for 24 hours. It does not work. Location of loved ones is inaccurate. Does not update. My daughter who is currently with friends, shows that she is still at home. I would like a refund as this app does not do what it is supposed to do. Very disappointing.
You can no longer reach customer service. I have tried through email and Facebook and it's been over a month. Anytime I ping someone it takes several minutes or not at all. Then if it does happen for some reason the app then jacks up my volume to full blast. The text alarm feature isn't working at all.
